Refund Policy

Most products sold by CFA design group qualify for free exchange or replacement within 15 days from the date your purchase or delivery in the case the item was shipped.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product, he/she can do so for an item of the same, lesser or greater value. In the case the item is of greater value customer will pay the difference. Simultaneously, if the item is of lesser value the customer will be refunded the difference.

For returns and refunds, product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition you will not be refunded the amount of the purchase.

CFA Design Group will not refund any freight or shipping charges. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 15 days from the date your order is purchased in store or delivered.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Custom made and/ or special order items are not eligible for returns.
